Transcend's 2.5-inch solid state drives get new controller

Transcend is updating its solid state drive offer with a new line of 2.5-inch models which feature a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface and MLC NAND Flash like their predecessors, but make use of a new controller enabling read and write speeds of up to 260 MB/s and 240 MB/s, respectively.
