Sparkle Announces its GeForce GTX 550 Ti Graphics Card

SPARKLE Computer Co., Ltd., the professional VGA card manufacturer and supplier, today presents The SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti Graphics Card, -- the latest product of SPARKLE GTX 500 Series. It delivers performance upgrade for mainstream DX11 gamers. Using the advanced Fermi 2.0 architecture from NVIDIA, the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti Graphics Card upgrades core algorithms such as texture filtering and Z-axis compression over Fermi 1.0 architecture, so that the corresponding instruction operation efficiency is greatly enhanced. With 40nm manufacturing process improvements, now the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti Graphics Card features higher core clock than GeForce GTS 450 graphics cards. With the two improvements, the Performance/Watt ratio of the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti Graphics Card is 20% better over the GeForce GTS 450 graphics cards.

Large Evolution On Specifications

As the upgrade version of GeForce GTS 450 graphics card, with more mature TSMC's 40nm manufacturing process, the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics card gets large evolution on specifications, such as memory interface, core clock, memory clock. Among them, the memory interface has upgraded to 192-bit, coupled with faster GDDR5 video memory, the total memory bandwidth is 50% higher than the GeForce GTS 450 graphics card with 128-bit memory interface. The default core clock of SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics card is 900MHz, 14% higher than the default core clock of GeForce GTS 450 graphics card.

Superior Performance Upgrade

Working together with NVIDIA, SPARKLE brings the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics card , the new masterpiece to the 2011 spring graphics cards market. With Fermi 2.0 architecture, higher frequency, more powerful DX11 performance, the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics card meet the needs of mainstream players. Compared with the previous generation GeForce GTS 450 graphics cards, the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics card has higher performance/Watt ratio. According to the tests done by SPARKLE Hardware Laboratory, the DX9/DX11 Performance/Watt ratio of the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti Graphics Card is 20% better over the GeForce GTS 450 graphics cards, and the average performance of the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti Graphics Card is 28% better over the GeForce GTS 450 graphics cards.

Great Overclocking Ability

With more mature, more advanced chip manufacturing technology from TSMC, the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics card has great overclocking ability, the core clock can be easily achieved even to 1GHz, providing more DX11 performance to mainstream gamers. It places gamers in the center of the action and experience true gaming cinema in extreme HD (1920x1200) resolutions-all enabled by the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti Graphics Card, NVIDIA SLI technology, and incredible performance in the latest games including Bioshock2, Alien VS Predator, and Dirt2. With the great OC headroom, the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti Graphics Card tears through complex DirectX 11 environments and cinematic effects at blazing frame rates in extreme HD resolutions.

DX11 Done Right With Better Performance Than The Competitor

With better geometry processing power over competing product- Radeon HD 5770, the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics card delivers massive DirectX 11 tessellation performance so users can crank-up the gaming realism with incredibly detailed environments and characters. And with NVIDIA PhysX effects and immersive NVIDIA 3D Vision gaming, gamers can enjoy unparalleled 3D realism, incredibly detailed characters, terrain, and game environments in latest DX11 games- all with blazing fast performance.

1024MB GDDR5

GDDR5 memory has now become the industry standard for high-end graphics cards. Although the SPARKLE GeForce GTX 550 Ti graphics card is a product for the mainstream market, but SPARKLE has not compromise on the memory specifications. It comes with incredible large 1024MB GDDR5 video memory to mainstream gamers, to satisfy the rigorous need on the video memory bandwidth, conquering today's hottest DX11 game, such as Stalker: Call Of Pripyat, Metro 2033, even to meet the requirement from 3DMark 11 benchmark.
