Continuing with its Atom N570 adoption plan, Asus now readying the introduction of an updated Eee PC 1015PN netbook which is, of course, powered by the new dual-core Atom chip which is clocked at 1.66 GHz (up from the 1.5 GHz of the N550).
Beside the N570, the refreshed 1015PN features a 10.1-inch (1024 x 600) LED-backli display, 1GB of DDR3 memory, an Nvidia ION 2 GPU (backed by 512MB of VRAM), a 250GB hard drive (plus 500GB worth of WebStorage), 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, a 0.3 megapixel, a card reader, a HDMI outputs and a 6-cell battery allowing up to 9 hours of operation.
The N570-equipped Eee PC 1015PN runs Windows 7 Starter and can be found on pre-order priced at $369.
