Japan-based iiyama Corp. has scheduled for mid-February the launch of its newest widescreen monitor, a 24-inch model known as E2473HDS-B1 which features an LED backlight, a glossy look, and a typical power consumption of just about 24W.
The upcoming display packs a TN panel and has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 2ms response time, a contrast ratio of 1,000:1, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 2W stereo speakers, and D-Sub, DVI, plus HDMI connectors.
According to its maker, the E2473HDS-B1 will be available in Europe at €209.
