Zalman ZM-VE200 enclosure can house a HDD/SSD, act like a virtual drive

South Korean company Zalman has worked late into multiple nights and managed to come up with a sleek and slim drive enclosure (named ZM-VE200) which supports 2.5-inch SATA hard drives, solid state drives or hybrid hard drives, and provides virtual drive capabilities.

With the virtual drive feature users can load up the HDD/SSD with ISO images of DVDs or CDs so they can be played by the PC like real discs. The ZM-VE200 has an aluminum construction, it measures 135.3 (L) x 78.6 (W) x 13.1 (H) mm, weights 98.5 grams, and includes both USB 2.0 and eSATA connectors. The enclosure is bundled with a carrying case and is expected in March priced at €34.50.

If you just want a sexy enclosure, without virtual drive chops, Zalman will be offering the a vanilla version called ZM-HE100 for €11.50.
